Wu's Studio

Urban design studio provides fundamental urban design courses for both undergraduate and graduate students. Urban design system, key concerns of contemporary practice and the changing socio-cultural context have been my continual research foci. For the past decade, more effort has been put to Tainan’s cultural-led redevelopment and the role of art in the city.
Creative and logical thinking has been a key concern and hence training focus in both UD studio and my lecture/ seminar courses. The role of design training in planning education is a recent research interest.
