Living-Environment Studio

Based on the spirits and methods of architectural planning and programming, our research aim is to continue and promote locally developed public activities/behaviors in local public space. Apart from analyzing the characteristics of local public activities/behaviors and environment, our researches emphasize also the promotion of experimental actions in target areas, especially through the conversations and collaboration with local communities. Our studio has been working on issues regarding local environment improvement, regeneration of historic districts, development of empowerment mechanisms, development of the supporting environment for the elderly, the social responsibility of universities etc.
